Cancel and refund transactions

You can refund a transaction and cancel the associated subscription with one operation:

Steps

1. In the Backoffice, go to Sales > Transactions and select the client id box you want to do the operation for.
2. Click Cancel and Refund and select the preferred options in the window that shows up.
