Net Member Change
"Am I gaining or losing subscriptions?"
Net member change is a great way to measure the health of your business. It tells you if more people are subscribing or expiring each day.

The Terms
Net Member Change
The difference between new subscriptions and expired subscriptions each day. It tells you whether you are gaining or losing members (and revenue).
Selection
The selection is chosen in the filters. By default it is the last 30 days.
Comparison
The comparison is chosen in the filters.
Difference
The percentage difference between the selection and the comparison. It is green when it is positive and red when it is negative.
The Math
Net Member Change
This chart shows the difference between new members vs. expired members. For example, a merchant had 1000 new members one day and 900 expirations that same day. Then the member net change is 100, which is +11%. (1000-900)/900 =11.11%
The Visuals
X axis (or horizontal axis)
The net member change as a percentage
Y axis (or vertical axis)
How often each net member change happened during the period. The higher the point of the curve the more often the member's net change happened. The lower the point, the more rare it was to see that member's net change during the period.
Blue Line
Selection (by default: current status for last 30 days). Change the selection in the filters.
Grey Line
Comparison (by default: previous 31 to 60 days). Change the comparison in the filters.
The Updates
This report, like most others, updates once per day at 8 a.m. CET / GMT+2.
The Filters
Default is 30 days like almost all reports
When comparing data ranges it is good to use the same amount of days in the selection and comparison.
