- To add a new user log in to the backoffice and go to Users > Users.
- Click + Add new user.
- Enter the user details.
Name of the new user that is displayed in the system.
The user's email
The user's real first name.
The user's real last name.
Select "Yes" to activate the user. If you select no the user is created but won't be active.
In the backoffice you can have multiple user groups for different purposes. Choose a group where the new user will be assigned.
The new users will be assigned to one or more merchants.
