Add and edit users

  1. To add a new user log in to the backoffice and go to Users > Users.
  2. Click + Add new user.
  3. Enter the user details.
FieldDescription
UsernameName of the new user that is displayed in the system.
EmailThe user's email
First nameThe user's real first name.
Last nameThe user's real last name.
Is Active?Select "Yes" to activate the user. If you select no the user is created but won't be active.
GroupsIn the backoffice you can have multiple user groups for different purposes. Choose a group where the new user will be assigned.
MerchantsThe new users will be assigned to one or more merchants.
