Managing access control and ensuring security in the Backoffice system are crucial. As a full access user, you can create users with different permissions tailored to their specific roles and responsibilities. This granular control enhances overall security and efficiency by ensuring each user has access only to the tools and information necessary for their function.

Here are the different levels of Vendo Backoffice access:

• Merchant - Tester
  Initiates test transactions.
• Merchant - Support Agent
  Handles customer support tasks like cancellations and refunds. This user level has access to the Sales menu.
• Merchant - Accountant
  Accesses Vendo Data Tools, including payout notices.
• Merchant - Full Access
  Full access to all tools and data.
• Merchant -Template Management
  Access to Catalog > Templates to manage product and checkout designs for the hosted solution.
