Backoffice overview

The Vendo Backoffice serves as the heart of your operations. It offers your business more than just subscription, transaction, site, and offer management capabilities. It also serves as your gateway for technical integration with Vendo and allows you to monitor real-time transactions for your customers.

Let's have a quick look at the different elements you can use:

In the sales menu, you'll be able to find everything you need to manage your transactions, subscriptions, and your customers. To access the sales menu, you just have to login into your back office and select Sales.
Within the sales category, you can find the Transactions section, where you can do refunds, cancel subscriptions, and configure the transactions expiry dates. From the same submenu, you can see the Subscriptions submenu. From here you can check and filter the list of subscriptions as well as cancel specific subscriptions.
The Customers section displays the list of customers and their details.

The Catalog menu is divided into several submenus. The Merchant section displays the list of merchants and allows you to change their ID data. The Sites submenus allow you to create, import and manage your sites. Both the Offers and Packages sections allow you to create and manage offers

Under Users, you will find the list of your Backoffice users, and you'll also be able to create new users.
