The Backoffice is the centre of your operations. This is the place where you will be managing your subscriptions, transactions, sites and offers, as well as your packages. From the Backoffice, you'll also be able to access the Data Tools. Let's have a quick look at the different elements you can use:
In the sales menu, you'll be able to find everything you need to manage your transactions, subscriptions, and your customers. To access the sales menu, you just have to login into your back office and select Sales.
Within the sales category, you can find the Transactions section, where you can do refunds, cancel subscriptions, and configure the transactions expiry dates. From the same submenu, you can see the Subscriptions submenu. From here you can check and filter the list of subscriptions as well as cancel specific subscriptions.
The Customers section displays the list of customers and their details. Lastly, the V3 Transactions submenu takes you to the list of historical transactions.
The Data Tools menu is home to all the graphs that show your KPI's and forecasts. You can find different analysis categories such as Members, Traffic, Alerts and Drivers or Revenue where you can filter and compare your revenue over a selected period of time.
The Catalog menu is divided into several submenus. The Merchant section displays the list of merchants and allows you to change their ID data. The Sites submenus allow you to create, import and manage your sites. Both the Offers and Packages sections allow you to create and manage offers
Under Users, you will find the list of your Backoffice users, and you'll also be able to create new users.
