The Sales menu is your comprehensive hub for managing transactions, subscriptions, and customer relationships. Here, you can efficiently handle cancellations and refunds, ensuring smooth and seamless operations for your business. Dive into the key sections: Transactions, Subscriptions, and Customers.

The Vendo Data Tools menu is a reporting tool that provides quick access and filtering options for your data. It includes reports on sales and memberships, risk information on refunds and chargebacks, and payment notices.

The Catalog menu is organized into submenus for merchants, sites, offers, and packages. Here, you'll find Vendo configuration details and provide contact information for various issues. The sites submenu allows you to create, import, and manage your sites, while the offers section lets you create and manage offers by setting prices, different currencies, and rebill schedules.

In the Users menu, you will find a comprehensive list of your Backoffice users along with full visibility of their permissions. As a full access user, you have the ability to manage existing users and create new ones.
