Updating a Customer's Email
Steps to Update the Email Address
- Access the Customer View
- Log in to the Vendo Back Office.
- Navigate to the Sales section and select the Customers tab.
- Find the Customer
- Use the search bar to locate the customer whose email address needs to be updated.
- Edit the Email Address
- Click the edit icon next to the customer's email address to begin the update.
- A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter the new email address.
- Save the Changes
- Click the Submit button to confirm the update.
- The system will store the new email address.
- The update is immediate and will reflect in the customer’s profile instantly.
