Updating a Customer's Email

Steps to Update the Email Address

  • Access the Customer View
    • Log in to the Vendo Back Office.
    • Navigate to the Sales section and select the Customers tab.
  • Find the Customer
    • Use the search bar to locate the customer whose email address needs to be updated.
  • Edit the Email Address
    • Click the edit icon next to the customer's email address to begin the update.
    • A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter the new email address.
  • Save the Changes
    • Click the Submit button to confirm the update.
    • The system will store the new email address.
    • The update is immediate and will reflect in the customer’s profile instantly.
