Backoffice Login System Upgrade
Why are you changing the login system?
We’re moving to a new login service to make your account more secure, improve reliability, and allow us to add features like Google sign-in and Multi Factor Authentication.
What will I need to do?
The first time you log in after 1st of October, you will be asked to reset your password once.
Alternatively, you can choose “Login with Google” if your Google account email matches the email we already have in our records.
What happens to my profile and data?
Nothing changes except how you login. Your profile information, preferences, and account history remain exactly the same.
I did not get my password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder.

I tried Google login but it did not work. Why?
Google login only works if the email address on your Google account matches the one in our system.
If they don’t match, you’ll need to use the password reset option.
If you’d like to change your email address to a Google email, you can do this in the Vendo Backoffice: “Edit my Profile > Change Email” or reach out to [email protected]
Can I switch to Google login later?
Yes, as long as your Google account email matches the email on your profile with us, you can use Google login anytime in the future.
Will I have to reset my password again later?
No. The reset is a one-time step required by the migration. After that, you will use your new password (or Google login) as normal.
